03/02/2022 notice re: filing of inventories, accounts and annual reports
Effective March 7, 2022 the Probate Court will strongly be encouraging practitioners and their clients to file inventories, accounts and annual reports in person at Area A on the 5th floor. These documents will only be accepted at Area A. Parties will be asked to sign in at Area A and an analyst will see them as soon as they can. Keep in mind analysts are checking in parties first thing in the a.m. and first thing in the p.m. and that job duty takes priority over checking inventories, accounts and annual reports. We hope this return to an old court practice before the pandemic will assist both the public and our court staff. Keep in mind the court will still accept these above documents by mail if the practitioner and/or their client and/or the pro per decides they would rather mail the documents.
